Mediation is now a prominent feature in family and matrimonial law practice. In line with the direction taken by the courts, we believe that it would be in the best interests of all families to try to resolve their disputes through non-contentious methods instead of litigation. Our lawyers are trained in the mediation process. We have acted for clients in both court-assisted mediation and private mediation.
Our Ms Teh is an accredited mediator and is on the family panel of the Singapore Mediation Centre. She has extensive experience resolving family disputes as mediator.
